For Agencies & Consultancies

Deliver client software
they actually own.

Run every client from one Codera login. Build with AI on your own standard stack, deploy into each client's AWS account and GitHub, and hand over a codebase - not a platform subscription.

How agencies use Codera

One repeatable delivery process, from kickoff to handoff.

1

Set up a client organization

Each client gets their own organization with its own projects, AWS account, and GitHub connection - all under your agency login.

2

Start from your own template

Save your standard stack as an organization template and start every engagement from it, instead of from scratch.

3

Build with your team and AI

Your team works in the AI Dev Environment with Claude Code, using prebuilt modules for sign-in and payments and custom modules for the rest.

4

Promote into the client's AWS

Develop in your own AWS account, then promote to a production environment that lives in the client's account.

5

Hand over a codebase, not a subscription

The code is already in the client's GitHub and the app is already in their AWS. Handoff is a conversation, not a migration.

Built for running many clients at once

Client Organizations

Up to 10 client organizations on the Agency plan (50 on Enterprise), each with Professional features, switchable from one login.

Multiple AWS Accounts

Link your own AWS account and each client's. Every environment knows exactly which account it deploys to.

Multiple GitHub Connections

Keep code in the client's GitHub organization - including existing repos under strict policies, installed on a fresh branch.

Reusable Templates

Turn any delivered project into a template. Your best architecture becomes the starting point for the next client.

Team Roles

Owner, admin, member, and viewer roles keep the right people on the right client work.

Client-Branded Apps

Apps run on the client's domain with their own frontend and branding.

What the client has at handoff

Everything already lives in the client's accounts, so there's no export project at the end of the engagement - and no reason for them to stay on a platform they never chose. Clients who want you to keep maintaining it can stay on as a client organization.

Source code

Infrastructure

Agency economics that work

  • One plan covers your clients. Client organizations are included in the Agency plan and billed under your agency.
  • You set your own rates. Codera doesn't sit between you and your clients - bill them however you like.
  • Clients pay AWS directly. Hosting runs in their account at standard AWS rates, with no markup.

Win against enterprise low-code bids

Enterprise low-code platforms such as Appian and OutSystems are typically licensed per user, and the finished app keeps running on the vendor's runtime. A Codera-built app is standard code on the client's own AWS - with no per-seat runtime fees for the client and no platform they're tied to after you've delivered.
